1.5. WS-Calendar

OASIS WS-Calendar 1.0, jointly developed by The Calendaring and Scheduling Consortium and OASIS, is one such extension to iCalendar. It is intended to provide a data model sufficient for the needs of the NIST Smart Grid Interoperability Standards. Many of these extensions to iCalendar also appear to be of use in project management, financial management, and other areas focused primarily on scheduling per se.
